The goal here is the opposite: honest installed cost ranges by furnace size, fuel type and AFUE efficiency, the factors that actually move the price, and a free estimator so you can walk into any quote already informed.

Every figure on this site is a general estimate that varies by furnace size/BTU, AFUE efficiency, fuel type (gas, electric, oil or propane), brand, ductwork, region, and the specific installer. We are not HVAC contractors, engineers, insurers, lawyers, or doctors — always get three quotes from licensed local HVAC pros and a Manual J load calculation before committing to any work.
